20 KETTLEBELL SWINGS
10 GOBLET SQUATS (HOLDING KETTLEBELL AT CHEST LEVEL)
5 ONE ARM KETTLEBELL SWINGS (EACH ARM)
*FINISH EACH ROUND WITH 10 BURPEES AND 25 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
