Shipping: We ship FedEx & USPS for our ZOOBELLS. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Order status: Please e-mail us for the most up to date info.

Returns: Please e-mail us first to see if we can resolve the issue. If the issue can not be resolved, you may return an unused item within 14 days for a full refund minus shipping costs. 

Damages: If your contents are damaged, please do not discard the box the kettlebell came in. FedEx claims requires inspection of both the product and the packaging. If packaging is discarded, we cannot offer any kind of reimbursement, exchanges or resolution.
